SEE4DB Version 3.0

The SMTP/POP3 Email Engine for Visual dBase (SEE4DB) consists of a Win16
DLL and Win32 DLL that allows any Visual dBase program to send and receive
email over any TCP/IP network (such as the Internet), including 
quoted-printable and BASE-64 MIME attachments.
